New Jersey TESOL/New Jersey Bilingual Educators
NJTESOL/NJBE is an association of educators and administrators dedicated to the instruction English language learners at all levels of public and private education. The organization's interests include classroom practices, research, curriculum development, funding, employment and socio-political concerns.
New Mexico Association for Bilingual Education
The mission of NMABE is to foster, encourage, and promote bilingualism for all children in an environments that nurtures the rich cultural and linguistic diversity of the state through advocacy, professional development, networking and current research application and dissemination.
New Mexico State Parent Information Resource Centers
The New Mexico Parent Information and Resource Center (NM PIRC) provides resources and strategies to parents, educators and others working with children focused on informed decisions and meaningful partnerships that promote child development and successful achievement in school.
New Readers Press is a publishing division of ProLiteracy, the world's largest organization of adult basic education and literacy programs. New Readers Press offers a wide variety of materials, including ESL and citizenship resources, a weekly newspaper designed for beginning readers, and GED/life skills resources.
New York Public Library: Audiobooks Collection
This website allows New York Public Library users to browse the system's free online collection of audiobooks, e-books, video, and more. While users must have a NYPL card to access the database, it offers a helpful example of the kinds of resources that more libraries are using. Audiobooks are also available in Spanish.

New York State Parent Information Resource Centers
New York State has two Parental Information and Resource Centers (PIRC) funded by the U.S. Department of Education: Families and Communities Together with Schools (FACTS) and Every Person Influences Children (EPIC).
