Extra info : Students with learning differences are attending college in record numbers, yet they are not succeeding at the same rate as their peers. After seeing my own son with LD/ADD graduate college successfully, I realized that if these students are properly prepared, taught navigational strategies, select an appropriate school, and receive strong academiic support, their chances of success are far greater. To this end, I wrote a course called "Conquer College with LD/ADD" that prepares students in grades 9-12 for the unique challenges of college. I presently teach it in the Philadelphia suburbs, but check for it soon online in webinar format.
