Behavior problems in the classroom

I was wondering if anyone knows of any sites that can help me to deal with behavior problems in the classroom. I have searched but haven't found anything. Maybe I am not doing the search right? I am finding more and more of the classes having extreme behavior problems and I just want to learn how to deal with it. There are some classes that I am starting to turn down because they are so bad. Thanks so much! Or any teacher's that want to share how they deal with them.
