Financing college for LD students

I have heard that there are resources out there for students with an IEP or learning disability. Specifically that if the college is solely for kids with an LD, that it may be tax deductible. Does anyone have any info on this?

Beacon College which is for LD students told me that their tuition is tax deductible as a medical expense. The same was said by College Living Experience in Davie, Florida.
