Working with Congress for Dyslexia

Hello,

I have written a letter to a senator of the state of Illinois about the possibility of congress working towards developing some legislature that would be better stronger than the American with Disabilities Act for handling student's needs whom have learning disabilities such as dyslexia. I wonder how much you people like the idea, and I also wander how you people believe that I should proceed to approach congress in the future if congress does not appear to work toward such a goal readily.
