Screwed by School System on Special Ed Diploma, Need Help!!!

For Reference I went through the WORST Nightmare you can imagine at Fullsail, Real World Education, I will detail pressure cooker conditions and student fatigue rampant with 24-7 class times,Recently 3 Students after back to back to back 3 am labs were hit by a dump trunk and died
I will Personally Detail what I went through to anyone who asks,
Their attorney is trying to shut me up)
Its taken me FOREVER to recover from that, and its all returning from simmer to boil

I have been freelancing programming, Currently Hold Automation and control systems programming Certs,
decided after that SEVERE 3rd degree burn, including a dis-enrollment and told to join a think tank, to try again to attend fall classes,

I have CALLED 5 of the only locations that offer forensic computer, and advanced computer courses and all 5!!!!!!!! turned me away due to a special diploma.

I tried and tried and tried with more than one, but there is NO option.

This is out and out discrimination, and I don't know what my recourse is(the vp is incredibly rude)
I also need assistance with my diploma showing am an english credit short(This is an exam in which a scan-tron alternative was not allowed by the instructor for the course, also how would one go about getting the special education clauses removed from a diploma, as its a frequent point of discrimination in college and course applications.

Upset with Rights yet again violated.

Where I am in Florida It's an issue, and I am going to call the district, scam hs I attended and the state until the entire diploma is writen properly in an undiscriminatory manner,

ps I study law as a hobby, so I have no problems with legal documents and concepts
