how can adults with LD get into a community college?

I have been diagnosed as LD when I was 13 and im studyin at a uni in Japan, which im struggling through and goin to japan was my parents choice becuz i didnt have any option back then. Honestly, im not enjoyin life there and Im thinkin about studyin in canada after I graduate from uni in a year or so thats if i graduate. The only problem is what do i need to do to get into a community college?

I went to a special ed skool from junior high through high school and i havent done IB, IGCSE, or SATS. Ive heard my high school grades have to be good but they're not that great. I really wanna go to a community college in canada cuz all my other friens I grew up are studyin abroad and im like the only one studyin in Japan. Like a person like me whose been raised overseas dun go back to Japan to study.

See, I know it all depends on how hard I wana study to get into a community college and I get it that other ppl have no problems doin that unlike me. Studyin in Japan was like the last thin I wanted to do but becuz my mom thought i wont do anythin unless i get help, Japan was the only choice.

I really wanna study in Canada cuz that's where my friens are and after studyin english for a month, I realized how beautiful vancouver is and I'd be happy there than in Japan.

sory, i forgot to mention im a slow learner and i have probs readin/writin/weak memory skills, errrmm I take along time to do thins. I do know that I tend to make LD as an excuse cuz sumtimes I dun know how to help my friens.
