Subject: CoTeaching Resources

I am a graduate student and am researching co-teaching resources for a local school district. They would like to compile a list of books (not text-like), journals articles and websites with practical ideas for co-teachers in their district. They are looking for information/research on instruction, grading, curriculum development, case studies, etc.

I have already sited the websites the Power of 2 and Special Connections: collaboration

Do you have any other resources you would recommend? Thanks for your help!
