Adults who've gone back to college. Share your advice!

I'll be a 28 year old college student this fall. I'll only be taking 7 credits, because I was academically dismissed from this college many years ago, so they will only let me take so many.

I have a visual spatial LD, that's recently improved with a lot of recreational reading, but it will still present challenges when it comes to math and science.

Could you folks please share your experiences and give some advice on what I should do to be successful this time around?

Advice like: Study habits; course load; communication with professors; beating the dreaded math course etc.
