Parents Who Have a Child w/ a Disability

I am a student working on my master's degree and for one of my classes we must interview the parent of a child with a disability. I do not need your name or the child's- everything is anonymous. I need the following questions answered:

How was the disability first diagnosed?
Describe the impact of having a child with a disability upon the family.
Describe parent involvement, advocacy that was necessary in your child's educational history.
Anything else you feel is important.

I need this to be a maximum of 2 typed pages so detailed answers are needed in this interview. I really appreciate anyone who is willing to help as I do not know anyone personally who suffers from a disability. Thanks for furthering my research. You can e-mail replies to aegirl120@hotmail.com.
