survey for student!

hello,
i am a student currently studying for the HSC exam.
fo my Community and Family HSC research assesment task, i would really like to research my topic on
" How does having a child with a disability affect the wellbeing of the parents? "
i have a strong interest in the topic as my sister is disabled also.
my survey will maintain confidential and is purely going to be used only as research.
i would be doing the survey in two weeks and would really like to know if you will be willing to take the survey.
