HELP! Executive Function Disorder

My high school senior was just diagnosed as having Executive Function Disorder with processing issues and ADD... OmG! College is around the corner and I don't know which way to go. I'm doing a lot of reading and searching for educational therapists in my area... would welcome ANY help or information that anyone with experience can give.
