Online writing class for high school student

I have a 16 year old who is dyslexic. I would like to find an on-line writing class that he can do over the summer to bring his skills up to speed. I would like him to start with the basics. I saw a website called time4writing. Has anybody used it? Are there other similar websites that anyone has used? Thanks.
