Think my sons school is trying to set him up

I signed my sons IEP,Which was a disaster,but leaving my son in tears,this was the very first IEP meeting of the yEAR,and nothing was donE/every teacher complAined that my son just refuses to work,hes lazy and can do the work.
Then it turned Odd really fast,the sPed director asked if I was scared of my son,his sped teacher asked if I was depressed.
Then they bRought my son in and the sped director asked the hI'm if he was depressed.THEN she said ?she though he was deppfessed and was gping to bring in a school therapist to evaluate hI'm.SHE Wend on to meatironing handcuffS/juvie/hospitalization/and being place away fron home.
I asked about an FBA and it was dismissed.The Sped director said she is gping to bring in a behavior specialist from a co-op to assess him,then depending on what she says/then an FBA can be donE.THis smells like a set up to me.I don't want the therapist and something is not right about the behavior specialist/and FBA ,just don't know exactly what excePt the sped director suggested it.
What can I do now???
