Does anyone know if sid is considered an LD

My daughter scored worse on this test than any she has taken and its the most recent diagnosis. I appreciate any help.

This would require that she have significant delays in academics due to processing disorders that are significantly lower than her ability.

I'd want to know the results of that before getting involved in a 504.
