Kindergarten tests

Hello Everyone!!

I finally picked up the consent to test form from my local elementary school. They are listing two tests:

WIPPSI and Bragance

I have never heard of these tests and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction or just tell me what they are??

Also the form says Speech/Lang Eval if needed, who decides if needed?? Also, the Educational Assessment is not checked off, could that be because he attends a private school not public?? She gave me some educational forms for his teacher to fill out??

Any suggestions would be great, especially on the tests!
