My son took the woodcock johnson last school year when he was getting evaluated for SLD.His scores on the cognitive part the tester said was above 130.Is this the same as his IQ.He was found eligible to be classified as SLD.
Yes the cognitive part of the WJ is the IQ part. A 130 is the low end of gifted.
Okay that is what I needed to know.On his evaluation papers it says his acheived score of 137 is a mild under estimation of his true potential .
