Subject: Testing followed by IEP

My daughter was tested two years ago. It was helpful to know what was going on but not practical. We live overseas and there are no LD teachers around that will write and monitor an IEP. Which testing centers work with LD-teachers and will write an IEP following the tests? Are there any homeschooling programs that will interpret tests and write IEP's accordingly?

Greetings Karine,I am not aware of any homeschooling program that will interpret tests and write IEPs. However, you might want to post your question at the very popular Kaleidoscape message board for parents who are homeschooling special-needs kids: www.kaleidoscapes.com/specialBlessings, momo

Hi Karine,My first recommendation would be to do just what you're doing now, get online. I know Seton in Front Royal Va. has a section devoted entirely to helping LD kids. I don't know if they do anything overseas though. Another name to check out is Joyce Herzog. She does some amazing things.: My daughter was tested two years ago. It was helpful to know what was
