Subject: self-esteem

I'm looking for some ideas on building self-esteem in the middle to high school level. If anyone has any bright ideas on some activities or daily routines that will accomplish this boost, please let me know.

Self esteem in those years is sometimes hard to come by. I'm not sure there are any quick fixes. Caring teachers who treat students as individuals can go a long way in helping students to feel good about themselves.

Your right ! However, it is the way one feels about themselves and what they surround themselves with.
