LD students and physical education

As a 7th and 8th grade physical education teacher, I am in contact with all of the special education students. The majority of the students are all put in one or two classes. Sometimes this becomes a nightmare due to the fact that they spend the majority of the day together and are "feeding off" of each other with inappropriate behavior.

My question is this: Do all school districts put all of there special education students into one or two physical education classes? Any advice on separating the students who have spent the day together; yet there are no other regular education students in the class or very few of them?
