spellcheckers and homonym support

Subject: spellcheckers and homonym support

My son with dyslexia is about to go off to college. I am his alternate spellchecker after Microsoft Word has missed the homonyms etc. He has a Macintosh computer. Does anyone know of good spellcheckers for the Mac or even just a list of common homonyms and their meanings to set beside the computer?

try looking at read and Write . My son uses this program and it checks homonyms
www.texthelp.com/support/support.asp?section=support.
Then go up to top left hand side of page and click on products.
