<HTML>ball,
Hello. Do you think what you just stated is all that realistic? And how so?Maybe up to a point, but what about beyond that point? Also, on one's own, learning to compensate in any one area of difficulty is a slow process, and then how is a person to know, when it's time to move on? I could spend a lifetime working on compensating, accomplish a lot, but still relatively little, by most people's standards.
Audrey, you're thinking about going back to school. Do you know what you are hoping to achieve by it? Do you have some idea of what you think you might like to do or areas of skills where you might be capable of experiencing some sense of accomplishment or success at? Isn't that the point of all the testing? To find some area/s where I/you can be successful, and not feel unequal to the challenge?
Have you established what your minimum needs are for income, standard of living, etc.? Will you need group insurance? What about looking towards retirement needs or your needs after age 65? I am not trying to be rude, if that's how I'm coming off. How will you support yourself while in school?
I am the queen of half-cocked, half-baked ideas. LOL.
