test wide test results and what to do to at IEP meeting?

My daughter is currently in 5th grade.This is the first year we are not having her pulled.She is keeping up with all classes.Her grades are from 70's to 95's.We are very impressed.Well...I received her test results from last year.Math a warning and English Arts a warning.She is at 218 and 212.The school and district average 239 and 241.How do I approach this at my IEP meeting.She is doing wonderful in the classroom.She can not pass the state test.She has aud. processing and has been on a IEP since the 2nd grade.
