ANOTHER CHILD WITH DEVLOPMENTALY DELAID. MY HUSBAND HAS SEIZERS SINCE HE WAS LITTLE. I NEW I HAD LD SINCE I WAS LITTLE AND ALL OTHER DISABILTYS TO HARD TO SPELL. I’M TRY TO FORGET MY PAST AND GO WITH LIFE TO MAKE IT BETTER. THA’S WHY I MOVED OUT STATE . I WAS JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE HERE I’VE DELT W/ VOC REH THEY DID NOTHING FOR THE THREE YEAR. THEY TESTED ME AFTER TEST THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO A DOCTOR TO GO ON MEDS. I WHEN WENT ON PILL IN FEB THEY DID HELP ME FOCUS THINK STRAIGHT OR ANYTHING THEY MADE ME WORSE I TRIED TO CHANGE THE MEDS, THEY KEEP ON PROLONGING IT THEY TO SAY ON THEM. SO I JUST STOP TAKE THEM, WHY? BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T HELP EITHER WAS VOC REBH LIKE THEY SAID. THEY SAID IF I WENT ON MEDS THEY WOULD HELP ME GOTO COLLEGE, I DON’T THINK SO. I’VE BEENIG TRING TO GOTO COLLEGE SINCE DEC OF LAST YEAR AND VOC REBH SAID WHOULD SEND ME. BECAUSETHE COLLEGE SAID MY LEARNING DISABLITY SO BAD I WOULDN’T BEABLE TO DO MY WORK . I ASK TO SEND ME TO VOC CLASS FOR MY CDA IN CHILD CARE . YAH , RIGHT. IT FINALLY TO ME TO GO BACK TO A DOCTOR AGAIN FOR MED . IT TOOK MY THERIPIST AND DOCTOR TO FINALLY TALK VOC REH INTO LET ME GO TO COLLEGE FOR MY CDA IN CHILD CARE. THAT IS SOMETHING I LOVED TO DO IS TEACH. THAT HAS BE MY LIFE LONG DREAM WAS TO GOTO COLLEGE AND TO MY MOTHER AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO I WOULD NWVER MAKE IN COLLEGE. AND I CAN PROVE THEM WRONG.
I AM FINALLY GETTING MY CHANCE TO GOTO COLLEGE AND PUT ON MEDS WHICH HAVE BE HELPING THING STAIGHT I MEAN FOCUSED . I WILL BE RUNNING OUT OF PILLS SOON AND HAVE NO MONEY TO BUY THEM THE DOCTOR ONLY GIVE U SO MANY SAMPLES OF THE PILLS .

Sorry, but it makes it extreamely difficult to read your post (I have a hard enough time reading more than a paragraph as it is). I undrestand that it may be hard to keep your sentences from running together with an LD, but at least do it in all lowercase if nothing else. Anyways… You said,

Medicade pays a share and you still have to pay $225? Surely that’s not a month, right?! How much is Strattera without insurance? When I was taking methylphenidate (Ritalin), it was a little over $100 for a months supply without insurance.
My only advice to you would be to look into getting a stand-alone prescription plan to use instead of the Medicade. It might not be cheap, but it would surely be cheaper than paying that much for meds. That is, assuming medication is what you want to do. It’s hard to understand what you’re trying to say in your post. At one point you say the meds don’t work for you and you don’t want to use them… then you later say you finally have a chance to go to school since the meds are helping you…??? Please clarify your question (I know it can be difficult, but please try).
