I am sure that anyone who has dealt with DVR probably was not satisfied with how they were treated to put is mildly.
State run DVR is a sham. We all know that. Ask your state run DVR for a copy of their policy on servicing clients with LD. The fact is, they have no policy. They are a bunch of uncaring screw ups but perhaps asking the questions will make them think about possibly doing the right thing.
