New to this, just found out I have a Language Based LD

Hi, I am 24 years old and just found out I have a language based learning disability. Since I found out, a lot of stuff that happened in the past makes sense to me now. People would tell me to tell someone something, and when I told taht someone it was wrong.. I go to college and I have told them but should I tell the people I work with. I mean I do say stuff that I don’t even think about saying and sometimes it ends negatively. Like I said I am new and would like to know some more information about a language based learning disability, and would appreciate it. please, and thank you..
