my NLD daughter has problems making friends - and in Sunday School she doesn’t have any — so, I wanted to find something for her to do while the other girls are grouped and chatting == does anyone have any suggestions for perhaps hand-held video games that are good or perhaps something that might engage another child.
Those little game boys are cool. They are put out by nintendo. If you buy one for your youngster, remember that some of those games are a total trip if you are nvld because you have to focus hard for all that hand eye co-ordination stuff. There is also a barbie computer that is cool. Ultimately, you have to ask around. Do not do as my parents did and get a game after it has been put out for quite a while, the youngsters really think that is unhip.
Arts and crafts type things are neat also. There is a lot on the market now with beading little key chains and stuff that the young ladies (like my niece) like.
