I have struggled with my own learning disabilities and now I have a son DX autistic. I want to get a social skills group established at his school, maybe something like floor time as well. Does anyone know where I should start?
My son who is PDD-NOS gets social skills training as part of his speech services. It is a group of kids who get together to learn how to start a converstaion, maintain it, and other social skills. I would check with the speech/language teacher and the school social worker.
