Dr. Amen, MD is a nationally recognized expert in the fields of “the brain and behavior” and “attention deficit disorders.” Dr. Amen has pioneered the use of brain imaging in clinical psychiatric practice to diagnose and conquer ADD, anxiety, depression, obsessiveness, anger and impulsivity. He has been published around the world with numerous professional and popular articles, 19 books and a number of audio and video programs.

Dr. Amen is best known for his books “Change Your Brain, Change Your Life” and ”Healing ADD”. These books have been on the New York Times bestseller list, translated into 10 different languages, and have sold more than 150,000 each worldwide. Dr. Amen together with The United Paramount Network and Leeza Gibbons, produced a show called The Truth About Drinking, on alcohol education for teenagers, which won the Emmy Award in 1999 for the Best Educational Television Show.
