Tall boy's and LD

Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

I swear I read a article about a Learning Disability that was a genetic type thing, but for the life of me I cant find that artcile or the name of the malady that I think my son has. He has some LD”s that are being addressed, but I keep thinking there is something else going on in that brain of his. I read this article in a magazine (cant remember which one) and it was describing my son to a tee. Does anyone know what the name of the condition is or where I can look it up? Any help would be appreciated.

Oooop’s sorry the syptoms included mostly boys and these boys where really quite tall for there age. They act immature and are loners. They can process alot of info and get frustrated easy.

Try Klinefelter’s Syndrome. Spelling may be off, but I think that is close.

I’d second that. I think it’s spelled Kleinfelter’s syndrome. It’s a chromosomal abnormality, often associated with various LD’s, including non-verbal learning disorder (nvld).
