I’m looking for good, not just anecdotal info regarding adults with ADD.Some related concerns are:Impulsivity followed by Compulsivity.Anger ManagementSelf-EsteemControl or management by diet & exercise.

: Do a web search. There are many organizations these days that offer information and even target at adults with ADHD and there’s a great deal of solid information on line. Read E. I am an adult with ADD and I stopped taking medication about 4 years ago. I also suggest the book Driven to Distraction. It really helped me deal with the concerns you listed.Good luck and write anytime Lesli

The most imnportant things I can state are: get on a schedule (all activities, work, meals, play) and STAY on it, take your medication (if taking) every day, even weekends, and try to find someone to understand and listen to your feelings. Lot’s of web chats are out there. Good luck, drop a question if you like.
