i found that the iep my son’s school did this past school year was never signed
by me. i didn’t attend the meeting but i live in nj and is there a law that states that unless iep is signed by parent the school doesn’t have the right to do anything?
also i refuse to let the school district test my son because they are racist. i’m having testing for special education done on my own but because the school district court ordered me, what will happen when i still don’t let them test?
