Michigan fundraiser for RFB&D

[b]The Great Taste of Michigan[/b] – Strolling dinner, art sale by CCS students, silent and live auctions to benefit RFB&D of Troy.

[b]WHO[/b] - Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic, Michigan unit, a nonprofit that provides audio textbooks to students with reading disabilities. RFB&D is a national nonprofit serving some 200,000 students with more than half a million textbooks.

RFB&D Michigan is marking its 50 anniversary.

[b]WHAT[/b] - The Great Taste of Michigan features an eclectic mix of Michigan wines & beers, foods, artists, authors and international figures, including photographer Monte Nagler.
•Michigan foods, wines and beers via a strolling dinner
•Local sommelier from Papa Joe’s Gourmet Market
•Monte Nagler exhibit and pre-glow reception
•Selected art sale from College for Creative Studies students
•Local authors Sharon Kegerreis and Lorri Hathaway onsite to sign copies of “From the Vine”
•Silent and live auctions
•Jazz ensemble features Dennis Bowles, son of Funk Brothers’ Bean Bowles

Patron tickets are $100. Benefactor tickets are $150 and include a pre-glow reception. Contact RFB&D at 248.879.0101.
