Find out more about ETHICS! Making thousands reselling a product you pay less than 3% of what you make for, is hardly ethical. Dictating to the disabled and conning parents this way is also very unethical. Anything LD children can make now is a safety blanket for them later when they cant get a job because of predjudiced or cant work and have to take what they can get from the government which isn’t much. You don’t offer your plumber $5 for his hourly wage, when you make over a thousand dollars an hour at every speaking engagement and your toilet provides the core service offered by the middle man that is paying your child less than 3% of what they make. This is unethical business pravtice and it is a crime as it is taking advantage of the disabled. Relying on people who abuse us in such a fashion to actually help us to me seems totally rediculous. To them, we are just a service they use in making a book that they make money off of as a science project. Or we are the service they use, so they have something to talk about when they make a thousand an hour or more giving speeches. What they know come from us, and they charge other families for their information on a rather private basis as well…. And we get nothing for all those resales of the product that we supply them, at arate they are dictating and is unethically low. If they want kids with LD, then make them pay a fair price for them. I have never been worth less than a hooker with herpes and syphilis, and trust me your child could do better financially on a street corner. You have a product until your child is 18 use that product because a learning disabled child is not a cheap child, and their future is financially unstable and unpredictable. Shouldn’t these ppl be paying a fair rate for your child’s time as in every other industry those providing the services set the rates.
