1-2 Positions To Be Filled Immediately:

Counselors/activity directors wanted for the Shoshone Summer Program, a summer academic program for dyslexic boys in Northwestern Wyoming.

The Shoshone Summer Program combines a strong academic program with a vast array of outdoor activities. All students receive 1:1 reading/ language arts instruction with an experienced Orton-Gillingham tutor. Other academic offerings include: writing, math, structured study and art/drama. Outdoor activities include: hiking, fishing, horseback riding, rock climbing and field trips. Students reside on a beautiful ranch near the east entrance of Yellowstone Park and attend classes in nearby Cody, WY. Students and residential staff live in small tent / cabins.

Counselor duties include: supervising afternoon (after 3 pm) and evening activities as well as dormitory / residential responsibilities.

School/camp dates: June 25-August 10 (7 weeks)
Pay: approximately $2,000+ (depending on experience) + room/board
Experienced: rock climbers, horse back riders, hikers, fishermen/women, outdoor enthusiasts, etc… encouraged to apply.
