My daughter has an IEP and is classified as multi handicapped (vision, CAPD, and going through more testing to determine dyslexia and ADHD). We enrolled her in Catholic School and did not learn about her learning disabilities until well into her Second Grade. She is in 5th grade now and does not want to leave her school, and would like to know if legally we can insist the services be provided in her least restrictive enviroment, where she would be if she were not disabled, at the school she started at in Kindergarten?
