THe headmaster won t allow my son to finish the math test the teacher gave my son to complete today,and my son fears he will fail the test.What can I ask the head master when he calls me? Does my son have rights at this private school? He has been given the accommadation thus far according to his iep.

1) Did the local school district place your child in this facility with an IEP?
2) Did you unilaterally place your child in this private facility and the school district continued the IEP?
3) Who initially determined your child eligible for special education?
4) Are these tests your child took required by the State in which you reside?
