ADHD Research Project Request

Hi,

You are being invited to participate in an Undergraduate Research Project. We are students from Brock University (Ontario, Canada). In this study we hope to determine which treatment is most effective in real world situations. Participation in this study is expected to take 20 minutes of your time. If you decide to volunteer in this study, we will ask you to complete an online questionnaire regarding your personal experiences with the treatment of your child with ADHD. You may leave any questions unanswered if you prefer not to answer. Upon completion, this questionnaire will be emailed back to [email protected]. Hi, my name is Teresa Sewell, I am the mother of Hunter Sewell who is 10 years old and has been diagnosed with ADD since age 5, he has been on different types of ADD medication he is currently on 30 mg of Adderall XR. I would like for him to participate in your project. Please let me know what I need to do.
