They (school) tells me he has an attitude, does not try hard enough, does just enough to get by, does not pay atttention, is attracted to other children who they consider not to be good role models and I will ruin him by my pushy ways demanding he get services that have been recommended. I try and ask him what is helpful, he wants and is demanding no extra help or services. One minute he sweet at home the next minute driving us to distraction. What’s a mom to do?
