Hi guys, Everyone here helped my tremendously years ago, and this was the first place I thought to come to help a friend of mine. She needs a New York City sped lawyer ASAP. She initiated an impartial hearing last week, and it was scheduled for 8/23. She has no lawyer yet - didn’t think she needed one as she is a lawyer herself - but then realized that although she knows her law, she doesn’t know sped law.
Thanks. Any references would be appreciated.
PS - It has been a while since I’ve been to LDOnline, and the look of the site has changed drastically. Please let me know if this is an inappropriate place to ask for this type of help, and if so where else on LDOnline should I go.

The attorney everyone I know uses in NYC is Neal Rosenberg. I have no idea how quickly you can get someone involved, but he is one most frequently used. Good luck.
