ONLINE TUTORING CAN HELP!

Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

A great online tutoring service can be found at www.pleasetutorme.com.
It was founded by a special education teacher with 25 years of teaching experience within regular, self-contained and inclusive classrooms. The tutors will work with all grade, academic and ability levels, regular and special education children. It is a subscription fee service. Cost will depend upon the number of areas tutored. All lessons are sent via email, with no downloads and/or attachments. The tutor will speak with the parent and teachers at the child’s school.
This service also works great with homeschooled children. It can be used as a supplemental service to those areas in which the parent needs additional help and reinforcement.
There is also an IEP consultation service offered. The Educational Director will read through past and current IEPs and reports. She will write suggested academic goals, accommodations and modifications that the parent can take with them to their next IEP meeting.

You won’t regret it!!!
