On May 13, 2004, the Senate passed S. 1248, the Individuals with
Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2003 by a vote of 95-3. I am wondering if the passage will now take away the objectives on my child’s IEP. I heard that it would and was e-mailing to vote no on S.1248, but all I kept getting back from my Senator was that she was doing what I wanted by voting for it. Hugh?
