This is James here from Canada, As I have seen your comments above & I think you had shared a lot of information above I think my families will relocate to Houston area in the summer. We had a 6th grader. After reading threads in this forum, we are thinking Sugar Land would be the best place to live due to great public school. We’d like to rent a house for the first year since we did not have any idea about real estate in Sugar Land area. Fort settlement and First Colony are my preferred choices. Does anyone have personal experience with these two schools? Any comments would be highly appreciated.
