This does not include the moneys spent by the schools on educational issues.

It’s hard for me to tell what is included in their figures.

It doesn’t look like it includes money spent by state vocational rehabilitation agencies for services such as supported employment. We have spent huge amounts a year on it beginning in the mid to late ’80s.

It doesn’t look like it includes money spent by universities on supported employment either. An example being Paul Wehman’s Rehabilitation and Research Training Center at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. I know they aren’t doing as much now as when they were in the research phase of their work, but it all adds up.
