I just wanted to say thanks to so many people who have posted on this board. We think our son might have dysgraphia. I have found a wealth of knowledge by searching these forums. The parents who posted characteristics of their children helped up to see that our child really isn’t being lazy or careless. The parents and teachers who have posted suggestions on how to teach dysgraphia students. It is all starting to make sense. Thanks to this board, I had enough information to go to my son’s teachers and tell them that I suspect he has a dysgraphia problem and see where we can go from here.
Anyhow, I just wanted to let you all know that you have helped another frustrated mom to back off and help her frustrated child. :)
