I know that this is an older post but what do you mean by your son is being harassed by one of his community college instructors? Does the instructor make fun of him in class, ridicule him because of his disability, refuse to turn in test material for extended time?
If you are still on the forums I would like to know what the outcome with the [b]“harassment”[/b] was.
