I an agonizing over algebra and spanish that I have to have for my college degree. I am 45, with history of mild ADHD, moderate dyscalcula, and GAD. Is there any software that is kown to help a middle aged guy like myself? Any direction is helpfull. My instructor isn’t much help at all. When I tell her my problem her attitude says “too bad. You’ll still have to get what the others do to pass.” This is really taking the joy out of my life. I was so gratefull to be in school and an honor student. Now I’m in agony.

It’s only algebra — don’t let it put you in agony!!!

Check out www.borenson.com for “hands-on equations” at least for the basic stuff. Also look for other instructors, even if you have to transfer the credit from another school. What’s GAD??
