My son has to take an anatomy class online. There is nothing but text, no video, no audio. This will be brutal for him (dyslexic, reading is slow). Any suggestions for how to help him through this course successfully? Something that creates audio? An alternative course that might be more diverse in learning styles?

He could use a ‘text-to-speech’ program to have it read out to him. Where he simply selects the text, and it will be read to him.
But in saying that, it really involves learning about text to speech programs and understanding what they can do, and the difference between different programs?
Where the first difference is between a digital voice and a natural voice.
Windows already provides ‘text to speech’, which you can find in the control panel.
But it uses a digital voice, that sounds like a robot and is difficult to listen to.
Where the natural voice programs sound normal.
But of course you have to pay for these.
Though this is a tool that he could use to read anything, and what this course provides, is an opportunity to explore a new way of reading, that he can use for the rest of his life.
So that while this will just address his current anatomy class?
He can develop it as his natural way of reading.
