Ms. Joyanne Cobb, a learning disabled adult, is a Rehabilitation Specialist and Project Manager at MAXIMUS, Inc. Ms. Cobb is the author of Learning How to Learn: Getting Into and Surviving College When You Have a Disability. She speaks nationally and provides educational consulting, workshops, and seminars to students, organizations, school systems, parents and employers regarding transition and intellectual disabilities as well as accommodation resolutions for these settings. She currently writes monthly articles about youth in transition and postsecondary planning.
