Can this information help you?

Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

Everyday I try to read about Learning Differences, so I can be on top of things to help my child, and myself. I have found this website called National Center for Leaning Disabilities, www.ncld.org. This is a very easy website to follow for getting information about getting what?s what and who?s doing what about Learning Differences. I would like to read someone?s comments about the Research News with the reports, About LD (basics and facs) and the Getting Involved? Do you think the researchers really understand the problems that children with learning differences face? If so, are the people that collect this information getting the point, the real point, across to the ?important people?? Congress, State Rep., Governors, School Board Superintendents and parents need to read www.ncld.org and then read these postings here at ldonline for the rest of the proof that something needs to be done. There is away to reach these important men and women through National Center for Disabilities website! Check it out!!!
